Stress-Free Living
Building is small and intimate with only 19 units. Mostly everyone that lives here has been here for more than 10 years. It's centrally located in North Hollywood/ Toluca Lake, close to the train station, Universal Studios, and shopping/food. The resident manager lives on site and is always helpful he does everything and is always nice. My unit is a nice size, I never have to worry about noise because it's quiet or any bugs because the grounds are kept clean. I world rate 5 stars if they had... amenities such as every unit having their own washer/dryer, pool, gym, etc. but this place doesn't. That would be the ONLY reason why I would move if ever. Other than that, I love it here.
