Terrible Management
Lived there 4 years, had a pretty good relationship with the building manager but once I left, there was a new building manager who told the management company I stayed another month & there was $1200 worth of property damage but all that was needed was a new coat of paint. While living there, it took them over 2 years to fix the smoke alarm, took them a month to fix a leak in the sink and they turned the water off at least once a week for plumbing issues during most of the pandemic. The laundry... room is disgusting and usually one of the machines isn't working. The tenants are mostly quiet except for a handful that constantly smoke, yell, slam doors and have their dogs barking and fighting all hours of the day and night. Every apartment is full of roaches. Don't move here.

Terrible experience
Cockroach ridden apartments. Terrible management that doesn't handle urgent issues for weeks. You can definitely find a much better place in the same area and the same price range. This place is not worth the filth and the headaches.

Good enough for the price!
This apartment came at the perfect time, and it is a great price for this neighborhood. I do wish we had central A/C, but the window unit does a good job for the living room. The ceilings are high, which is also a plus, but the entire apartment is on a slight slant. I can't close the closet doors, they'll always go to the right. Same for the cabinets, or any furniture not nailed down. But again, a small price to pay for a great location, good price, and nice landlord.
