Okay, But Poor Management/Maintenance
I lived here a few years back. When I first found the apartment, it was a dream come true. But, like many other reviews on here, I soon saw that all was not as great as it seemed. In 3 years of living here, no maintenance or assistance request was ever addressed. My air conditioner broke within 6 months of moving in. My request for repair was toyed with as the maintenance people would only come during the time I had to be at work and if I took the day off to be there, would cancel. I ended… up buying my own portable air conditioner. When I asked for an access controller for the parking area within a week of moving in, I was told to buy my own from a company across the valley. The woman who showed the apartment and helped me with my leasing agreement disappeared within a few months and I was never given another contact person. My name was never added on the front and I was never told how to buzz people in, so any time anyone came to visit, they had to call me to come let them in. There were also cockroaches every summer. Also, there were reports of people using drugs in our laundry room (though I was never told we had a laundry room and it was always locked when I tried to use it once I found out). I will say that the tenants were quiet and I rarely had any issues with noise coming through walls or anything like that. But, there's virtually no support here and no communication. I was so happy to move to a real complex with real people in an onsite office to assist me once I could afford something better.
