Shannon / The property manager needs to improve her customer service skills
The property manager, Shannon needs to improve her Customer service skills.
Literally, I’ve only called her twice as regards to the room that I really liked, but then her attitude over the phone was terrible.
They’re assuming great properties in LA that are professionally managed.
Every time I call her, she would be talking with a very bitchy tones which you can hear from miles away. It’s so disappointing to see such a beautiful property managed to buy such a terrible person because people... like myself who cares about good customer service is more than anything else or immediately walk away just because of their bad customer services. Shall you really disappointed me but the place was beautiful and the maintenance person was so awesome enough to show me the room however your attitude really needs to be improved and I really wish someone else that’s better than Shannon can take over their property because that place has a lot of potential if it was managed under good people who actually care.
