The Milano
When I first moved into the Milano, I kept pinching myself, because I couldn’t believe I’d just moved into the newest, most luxurious apartment building in the NoHo district. There are 10 skywalks in the center of the building that crosses over the lower interior sitting garden with a view that is absolutely stunning. The pool and clubhouse are located on the roof; therefore watching the July 4th fireworks from that area have become a yearly event for me. You’re walking distance from dozens... of restaurants, a major supermarket, several well groomed nite life establishments, the beautiful NoHo Park, and the NoHo Metro Train station. For the movie lovers, there’s a theater also within walking distance and quite a few theatrical houses with performances on a weekly basis. Looking for a place to call home, the Milano would be a great choice.

GREAT APARTMENTS
I was living in Milano apartments for 5 months. This is one of the best buildings I've ever lived in. The entire staff is professional and polite. Awesome place for people in the entertainment industry. A good Centralized location, with nice mix of young and trendy tenants. Walking disctance from everything (grocery stores, banks, restaurant, bars, train station, movie theater, and more..
Rooftop pool, assigned gated parking, efficient and working elevators, secures access to the building,... night security, granite counter-tops, washer and dryer inside the unit, cyber cafe,

Live with style in a modern building
New and elegant building with great amenities, well located, close to shopping centers and freeways. I´m glad there is also security.
After moving from a couple of different places I finally feel at peace.
There is a completely equipped gym and an excellent pool at the rooftop were there is also a club house with sofas, tv, internet and computers, seriously.. the amenities are out of control!
The apartment has good light and the kitchen appliances are new, happy to be here! I also tried many... sites but apartments.com seemed to be easier and faster for specific seaches as I was looking for a specific location, price, hardwood floors and amenities, not an easy task.
