Current Resident and the New Management is Awful
If you are looking for a safe building, this isn’t the one for you. The new management took over in Feb 2023 and since then, we only have an on-site manager 2 times per week (the first part time one quit after just a few weeks), our online portal and access to our documents and ability to pay online was taken down, maintenance requests go unanswered, security has been lax to the point of unhoused individuals getting in and causing a floor to be flooded after opening a gas and a water valve to... “possibly take a bath” as said by the fire department when the responded to the emergency, we get a piece of paper the night before our rent is due with no official letterhead telling us to pay rent to a company with no online presence that was not specified in our lease, and our new owner has made it very clear if you don’t like the way she runs things then get out. RUN as fast as you can from this property.

do not move here
Only 2 people at the desk. Impossible to get anything done with maintenance here. Incredibly loud in the rooms. Nonstop fire trucks and buses blaring by all day all night. Not the mention the construction you wake up to every day. Biggest mistake of my life signing a lease here
