CAMBRIDGE COURTYARDS

There are a lot advantages in living in this apartment building. First - my neighbors are the best. There are only 28 units in the building and we almost all know each other. At the times when one of us need help or extra parking space to use, we help each other out. Some times we share things we cook. It is multicultural and very family friendly building, a lot of kids playing inside the building complex (the building has rectangular shape), people are courteous and respectful towards each... other. Second - it is located in the walking distance from famous and the highest rated Granada Hills Charter High School, Northridge University, Northridge Academy and some other middle, elementary schools. Third - we are located in the walking distance from 2 big plazas, that include grocery stores, hardware, clothing, fast food, Starbucks, 2 different banks and an ATM for another bank, kinkos, office max, Michaels, 2 different drug stores.... Everything you need... You can find in those plazas... Friendly neighborhood... Every Friday Food trucks park on Chatsworth St. (Which is again walking distance)... you can walk and enjoy different types of food, listen to the life music and have a good time with your friends and family. Forth - 2 gas stations and the police department is also in walking distance. if you drive 5 minutes each east and west direction, you will find a car wash, more stores and banks and the LA Fitness and movie theater.
