Superb Management @ Chase Apartments
Superb Management /Supervisor @ Chase Apartments ***** Ms . Galit was amazing and indeed very helpful and accommodating . She walked me and my daughter through the process and worked with us. The building is new and we are so glad to have a central air conditioning especially in the valley. It has security cameras and monitors too. I will be recommending this to anyone moving to the valley to come to Chase apartments for a place they can call Home / S.L.

Fully secured with security cameras and monitors
Hello, I have lived in the building since it opened and couldn’t be happier. Recently the building installed ADT security cameras throughout the whole building! I feel so much more safe now than ever because there’s cameras on each floor and throughout the building especially in the parking structure where my car is. Coming home late at night with my children has put my mind at ease with the security system in place. I plan on staying here for a very long time.

Very helpful management and owners
Very helpful management and owners, congratulations to me !!!! I just moved into my first apartment and it could not have been done without the wonderful management at Chase Apartments. Cheri and Galit walked me through the process and worked with me. I am so happy with my move-in. The building is brand new and having central air conditioning has been a blessing especially in the valley. I recommend anyone moving to the valley come to Chase apartments.

Manager is quick to respond and help
Management on site which makes it easy to contact her. Gardener that keeps the property nice. Also a great Cleaning Service That I see at the building. Also great for my husband that the Northridge dignity hospital is right around the corner.

Brand new building Great location!!! CSUN
Perfect location next to grocery store, brand new building with garage parking!! Very close to California state university Northridge !! Great SECURITY. Since the building is brand new I don’t have to worry about any maintenance problems which is great !!!
