Run down apartments and unprofessional manager
I currently live here I at 17806 Kinzie St. I have been here since mid June but I am ready to leave! The manager Chris is extremely unprofessional at times. There seems to be several plumbing issues here and most recently I had a roof leak in the kitchen. When I go to the manager Chris to report any issues she gets extremely upset and unprofessional. No way anyone should be paying rent and worried about upsetting the manager for things out of our control. If you don't mind roof leaks and pluming... issues as well as insect infestations then this is the place for you.

Crown Point Apartments is located at 1840 Nelson Street in West Covina, and has never had a manager named Chris. So this seems to be another complex.
