My girlfriend and I had an excellent leasing experience at Symmetry thanks to Abel (leasing agent). We really appreciated that he was on time, to the point, honest, and helpful with all of our questions/concerns without making us feel like we were wasting his time. We also liked that he never asked any uncomfortable questions like other places have done as a tactic to see what other apartments we’ve toured to see who he’d be “competing” with. After understanding our preferences from the units... Abel had available, we swiftly found “the one.”

I would also like to note that Mike (office agent) has been exceptional upon our moving in process. We’ve had plenty of large furniture packages delivered at Symmetry and those boxes always go to a closet that only the office agents can open for us. Despite the numerous of times we’ve asked him to assist us, he’s never made us feel like a burden. He’s been courteous each and every time. Our tour experience and overall interaction with Kevin at Symmetry Apartments was nothing short of amazing. He was very thorough when showing us all of the amenities and benefits of the community. Was also very patient while viewing the different units and was very detailed as well as understanding when voicing our concerns and what we were looking for. Wasn’t too pushy at all when we notified him we’d like to check out other options and stayed in contact even after we left and thanked us for... giving him the opportunity to tour us around. My Fiance and I had the BEST tour ever thanks to Kevin T. He is very knowledgeable and answered every single question with confidence. He had great communication even before we got to the property which makes you feel how genuine they are here. The units are beautiful, spacious, and perfectly maintained. We didn’t see a single thing that we did not like which says a lot. We can’t wait to call this place home because it definitely felt like it.
