Loving it nice spacious rooms peaceful area very friendly neighbors and staff not regretting it one bit

Management is friendly but that’s the only positive thing. Apartments are overly priced. You have to pay all utilities and the walls with the upstairs neighbor are paper thin. You can hear every step, sneeze, cough and television show they are watching. Washing machines are constantly broken. Definitely not worth it.

The moment I turned down the clean wide street with lot's of parking, my hopes were ignited. The apartments on both sides of the street were quite inviting. When I walked into the management office the staff was not just helpful, but warm and friendly with a genuine concern for the residents. The grounds are well maintained with two pools, jacuzzi, laundry facilities, bbq area with seating areas are only the beginning. The apartments will "wow" you with the spacious design and large patio. ... Also, there are assigned parking spaces with lot's of additional open parking spaces. It is a wonderful family community within, staying connected via the internet with a daily digest centered around our apartment facility. What I like most about our apartments is that it is gated and fairly new. Our buildings are not too high and have a total of three pools and one jacuzzi with a shower by the restrooms. Our apartments are in a prime ABC Unified school district. Elementary and high school are within walking distance. We are very close to the library and park with a riverbed that flows all the way to Seal Beach. Maintenance are very speedy in their repairs and response.
