I Have lived here for over a year now, the first year with the promotional rate they gave me it was a great value ! After the promotional rate ended my rent went up drastically which made it not such a good value anymore. Overall its a good place with a good location, close to the lake and Bart, that's the reason I stayed. I haven't had any issues with anyone or anything while here so overall my experience has been good I would recommend.

This is a great place to live; Its close to everything, my office, gym, the lake etc. There are so many community events that happen. Being close to Jack London square, SF riding the ferry to the Giants games is top tier. It's very cool living here, I am definitely where I am supposed to be and I thank God everyday for this opportunity.

it's been great living in this neighborhood and in this property. The package management are excellent as we have a lot of packages each day.

I love the staff - managers and maintenance crew. They are very helpful and kind. My first year here has been peaceful, and fun. The resident gatherings have been very enjoyable. I find that there are some pleasant folks living here.

I have had a great experience living at 19th and harrison, the other tenants are really nice. I have had good luck contacting the leasing office for assistance when needed. The one downside is the cost of parking and the limited availability of spots
