Community Living

Alta Waverly has been a great place to land since first moving to the Bay Area in January of 2025. I moved here from NYC and it’s been a great place to call home and meet a lot of new people in Oakland. The location is great, the amenities satisfy my needs, and the management team is very responsive.

We moved in a few weeks ago, and we are having a wonderful experience so far at Alta Waverly. Dom and Simon are both very kind and were supportive during the move-in process. The common spaces (gym, dance studio, rooftop, etc.) are well-designed and never crowded. Maintenance is also very responsive.
