I applied, I paid, but I never received a response; they simply charged me and canceled my application.
I applied for Arthaus Chestnut, I paid to apply in October with the intention of moving in November, but I was never able to speak to a real person, only an automated artificial intelligence system. I was never notified about the application process. In December, I checked the application and saw that it had been canceled. They never gave me a reason, and I was never able to speak with management.
