Greedy & Unsafe
1. Wrong apartment upon move in a dirty!
2. No actual security so constant car break ins
3. Trash shoot is always full of piles of trash
4. Their system for utilities will have you lying $70-$150 for just water & heating regardless of how little you use
5. Literally always dog poo everywhere
6. They will find a way to steal your deposit
7. Lack of communication or any check ins
8. Had it happen multiple times where we went DAYS with only ice cold water to bath in
9. Your mail WILL get... stolen, it has been an issues with multiple neighbors

RENTERS BEWARE- DON'T DO IT
DON'T DO IT! They are all about money. They will offer up to 2 months free, but when it is time to move out, they will give you an outstanding bill for "Shared utilities." All electricity and trash will be extra for the building. They took $2000 of our deposit for the utilities. We already had a separate account with PGE but according to them, this was the extra utilities for the building. We were only there for a year... So there is the catch....free month's rent, but you will have to pay all... of that back when your lease is up. Also, do not try to clean the place when you leave. They will charge you regardless. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, but the washer is always wet, so there is a mildew smell.The dryer does not work well. You will have to dry your load twice to get it dry. Or hang dry. I do not recommend this place. Way overpriced and the move out charges are absolutely ridiculous.
