Think Twice

I have been a tenant since before 2B Living purchased the complex from the previous owner. When they first took ownership, they made numerous modifications to modernize the complex. While some design choices were questionable, they did significantly change the aesthetics. Fast forward four years, and 2B Living has allowed the complex to deteriorate into a dump. There's a rodent problem, and a roach infestation broke out in one of the buildings earlier this year. It's unclear if it was ever… resolved. The most egregious issue, however, is the constantly overflowing trash, which creates a perpetual foul odor.

Additionally, the common areas are rarely, if ever, cleaned. The floors are often dirty and sticky, with visible debris. Hallway rugs are never vacuumed, and stains run up and down the hallways, which haven't been professionally cleaned in about two years. With over 150 units and approximately 350-400 residents, you would expect 2B Living to take pride in the complex by maintaining a clean environment both inside and out. If you're considering renting a unit here, think twice.

Oakbrook Manor was my cozy Oasis!

I cannot thank the great crew at Oakbrook Manor enough for maintaining a safe, clean and welcoming environment during my six years of residence here! Said, Sofia, Alberto, and the rest of the great staff were always responsive to any questions and issues, and always made us feel like we were part of a village community within the building itself! I am really going to miss the environment of the building, and the sense of community that I always felt while living here! Thank you all so much!… Michael!

I have been living in this apartment complex for about five years now.it is one of the best place to live around here. Nice management specially the maintenance crew. Lots of parking lot outside never had problems with my car.
