Overpriced noisy dangerous dump
Garbage trucks at 4am. Car broken into twice. Giant Rottweiler allowed to roam free and terrorize residents. Worst mistake I made in a long time! Overpriced micro dumps. Can't wait to move out!

Stay away!
Honestly, this place is very expensive for what it has to offer. The apartments are the size of a shoebox and there’s barely any water coming out of the faucets. There is no stove and there is also a mini fridge, which is a little ridiculous. There’s not really any amenities included either besides a small rooftop and laundry. The area is okay, but it’s getting more dangerous by the day. Everyday I stepped outside, I would see broken glass everywhere. Every single day! There’s no parking also,... which kind of sucks, especially for the price you’re paying. The location is okay too, as there are a lot of restaurants nearby. I’m so lucky I got out of this place! I do have to say that Alesia was very helpful with my move out process, so I’m glad she’s there. I’m not so sure why everyone is giving this place a 5 star review, but I definitely do not recommend this place at all! You can definitely get a better place full of amenities for a couple more hundred bucks.

The new management of the apartments is such an effective one. although I am leaving because of work, they made my transition an easy one. Daniel helped me move my stuff and was very courteous.
they answer messages quickly also.
