I’ve really enjoyed living here. It feels like living in a hotel. The rooftop and gym are my favorite features. The location is perfect and the building team instantly responds to any issues that arise.

We really like living here. Stephanie and Terrye are excellent. The location is great. The amenities of the gym and lounge area is wonderful.
The complaints would be residents not cleaning up after their dogs have urinated in the elevators. The side we live on (2nd street) is very noisy every morning starting around 3 am with the produce businesses and the sound from the train. I wish there was better sound proofing of the windows to block out some of those noises.

It's very, very loud here. The train is literally outside the windows, so that's to be expected, however, it is jarring how loud it is sometimes. Other than that, it's a very great place to live.The neighbors are all friendly. Everyone is quiet, the place is well kept, and it's a good community with somewhat decent amenities.

Really love living here. The sound insulation from neighbors is awesome, and the hallways and community areas are always very clean. Terrye and Jessica are very responsive, and all of our maintenance requests are addressed very promptly.
