Worst Leasing Office I've Experienced

The apartment was roomy and in a great location of Adam's Point. Outside of the that, the renting experience was horrible. It is impossible to get a hold of the leasing office. I had property damage done to my vehicle street parking in Oakland. I reached out via email, phone calls, and in person with the leasing office and they either ignored me or said the person who can get me a parking spot was not in the office. The parking garage door was broken for a few months which is not great. There… were minor issues with sometimes the water being down but that is forgivable. Having thousands of dollars of property damage happen because you are being ignored is not.
