    Nightmare experienced

The unit was a mess when I first moved in about 4 years ago. Therefore, my oldest brother and I cleaned it up well so that, it will be more suitable for my kids and myself to live in. I've had nothing but issues one after another such as parking, stove not working, cracked shelves on the refrigerator, outdated drawers, no dishwasher and no disposal, no washer and dryer in the unit. Seeing people move in and out of this place often. My lease ends this month August 31st however, our new place is not quite ready yet for my family to move into. I needed to extend our stay for another two months however, my landlord would only agree for me to extend if I pay $1,400 every month from paying $1,100 monthly. I have no choice but to agree because my family and I do not anywhere to go until then. I hate to see any owners/landlords who take advantage of situations liked mine simply because of being greedy. I wish my family and I will have better luck with our next place and put all unpleasant experienced behind us by moving forward and finally have a place we can call "HOME".
