2023: Worst apartment & even worse management

I moved into this place in December 2022 with my partner and we got a two bedroom and we’ve had problems ever since. My first week here I already had a large piece of furniture stolen that I had ordered off of Amazon along with a bunch of other small orders that was stolen. Also, a pair of Steve Madden shoes that my girlfriend got me for my birthday were stolen. The place is cute but it’s small and we always have to ask for maintenance requests because of how badly the renovation construction... was on this apartment before he moved in. The bottom of the bathtub is already scraping off and it’s literally difficult to even open one of our bedroom doors because of how bad it was constructed. The property manager is not attentive and doesn’t take responsibility for his job. I feel like I have to remind the property managers often just to do their job. (Said & Jasmene)
I would never move back into this apartment— especially me not being from the bay area. I had a studio right before this and I feel like this place is just not even worth looking into.
