Great space to live. Prices skyrocketing. Parking costs extra.
This complex is a great place to live. Well kept. And a nice community. But, it is definitely tailoring to a higher and higher end clientele. (Gentrification times.) Maybe that means the pool will get heated eventually? (Too cold to swim in EVER.) Several years ago a 1 bedroom was in the realm of $1,200/$1,300 and now it's almost $2,000. That kind of increas just seems ludicrous over a few years. Parking spaces are an additional cost. finally, they totally try to bribe folks with carpet cleaning... for positive reviews on sites like this. Shady.

Spacious 2-bed 1 bath
Apartment complex includes pool, huge master bedroom closet, dishwsher and in secure building. Washer/dryers on second floor (3-story building). Parking in complex $75/month, otherwise there's plenty of parking on the residential streets in the neighborhood. Fairly quiet neighborhood, half hour walk to BART station.
