Great space to live. Prices skyrocketing. Parking costs extra.
This complex is a great place to live. Well kept. And a nice community. But, it is definitely tailoring to a higher and higher end clientele. (Gentrification times.) Maybe that means the pool will get heated eventually? (Too cold to swim in EVER.) Several years ago a 1 bedroom was in the realm of $1,200/$1,300 and now it's almost $2,000. That kind of increas just seems ludicrous over a few years. Parking spaces are an additional cost. finally, they totally try to bribe folks with carpet cleaning… for positive reviews on sites like this. Shady.
