DO NOT MOVE HERE you will regret it!!!! THIS PLACE IS MANAGED TERRIBLY. THEY HAVE LOST RENT PAYMENTS. BEWARE!!! Just look at the other recent reviews. The rent is raised every year by $100 minimum, only for the community to become trashier every year. Cars are towed due to lack of adequate parking and no one in management takes any accountability or responsibility for any complaints from residents. The owners clearly do not care to put proper staff in place, so do yourself a favor and find a... place that cares about their residents basic needs. Very Disappointed.

Garbage employee attitudes
Came in for a tour on my day off and the lady in the front almost refused to giving me a tour. She asked me a million questions like “do you even meet the income qualifications” “are you sure you have good enough credit”.
My friend applied and got denied due to credit history. Once she found out who my friend was she start treating me like trash.

Front office problem
The property was fine, but trying to work with the staff in the office was difficult. They constantly switch around their staff, they do not get back to you in a timely manner, and it is inconvenient having to chase after them all the time. I hope you will improve on this.

Not enough parking for residents
Tow truck roams the complex looking to tow cars. $300 minimum to get your vehicle back. They may as well just charge for parking.

Amazing location, friendly and professional staff
It has been an absolute pleasure living here, amenities are endless, and the price/location/sqft unmatched anywhere. Nighttime security is always readily available. The service work requests are always on time and quickly resolved. A very prestigious, military and pet friendly location. Leaving this month, and Will miss living here. If your lucky enough to find one available I wouldn’t pass up the opportunity, it’s a rare find.
