Cute, but could be sooo much more...
I live at Rabcho Vista apartments, in Oroville. To be honest, when I was looking, I didn't even consider this complex because of its past reputation. One of my friends finally talked me into looking here, and I was pleasantly surprised!
The office staff (Pam in particular) were more than helpful, and she seemed more than willing to help me through the application/move in process. The apartments are well maintained, clean & are slowly being renovated. My apartment is a bottom floor unit & has... completely fenced front & backyard space. The front has two separate patios, each with its own slider.
Now for the downside, some of the nooks & crannies on the property look neglected. The property is dated & the exterior is in desperate need of a good coat of paint & some t.l.c.
The staff is all wonderful, I love that the pool is open 24/7 365 & is kept super clean. There is really no "clubhouse" to speak of or workout facilities & for the price, I would definitely expect more.
Overall, I'm super happy here, I live in a great building & I love my place. My neighbors are too perfect for words & I love that my dog has plenty of space. I have a very small dog, it is NOT enough room for a larger pet.
