Great Family Place

Coastal Village has been such a great community for me and my daughter . It’s quiet, safe, and a place where we truly feel comfortable. One of our favorite things about living here is the outdoor space. The courtyards and family room gives my child and me a place to get outside, have fun, and enjoy time together.
Coastal Village has been a wonderful place for our family, and I’m so happy we get to call it home.

Love living at Coastal Village

I’ve really enjoyed living at Coastal Village! It’s a great community with two huge courtyards and plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors and entertain guests. The resident events are always fun and exciting. I especially love the funnel cake days and movie nights.

Salina, the property manager, is always friendly and happy to help with any questions or concerns. The maintenance team is also amazing. They respond quickly and do a great job taking care of any issues that come up in my apartment… .

The amenities are one of my favorite parts of living here. The gym is nice and convenient, and the clubhouse has so many games and activities that it’s the perfect place to spend time with friends and family. Overall, Coastal Village has been a wonderful place to call home.

Love living here!

It's been hard to find an apartment complex that actually cares about your home, and the team at Coastal Village does just that! From my move in process with Salina years ago, to maintenance addressing issues right away, I couldn't ask for a better apartment team. You can tell every member cares about this property and how it is kept, especially with the clear and consistent from the manager Salina. Definitely recommend!
