Santa Clara Courts Apartments of Ventura

My partner and I moved into the complex a little over a year ago and we have loved living here! Apart from the very desirable location, the apartments are spacious, modern, and the perfect fit for a couple or a small family. The complex is quiet, and has a convenient parking garage as well as a nice gym and an adorable courtyard. Mostly, we appreciate the management. We had some bad luck with our washer and sink and within one day everything was fixed both times we reached out to management. We... even had a very small patch of mold due to heavy rains (came through the tiniest crack from an outside pipe) and management approached the situation very professionally. They kept us updated at all times while having us stay in a hotel to ensure the issue had been resolved. Cool place, right downtown, really close to the beach!

I love this Place. The people are great and it is right by the water and famous surf spot!

The vibe of the residents is great! Everyone there is very kind and fun. Building is basically brand new.

To start, the building is amazing!! Spanish style look with great foundation. It is more like condos than an apartment. The staff is great, very responsive, and attend to issues almost immediately. The manager there was very accommodating to our needs, as we are an older couple. The tenants in the community are awesome and friendly. I would totally recommend, if you are looking for upper quality apartment living.
