    Happy to call Santa Clara Courts Home!

    I’ve really enjoyed living at Santa Clara Courts! The location is one of my favorite things about the community. Being within walking distance of the beach and just minutes from downtown Ventura makes it so convenient.

    The community is beautiful, with a courtyard that’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The gym remodel is also amazing. It looks and feels like a luxury fitness center, and it’s such a treat to have a space like that right where I live. The property management and    … maintenance teams are also friendly and reliable, and any issues that come up are handled right away.
