Renters Beware!!
**Renters Beware** The move-out experience was unacceptable. My wife and I were charged for pre-existing damages to windows, borders, and plumbing that we had documented with photos at move-in and reported through maintenance requests that were never resolved. We were also charged again for utilities already paid with the final rent.
When we requested invoices and proper documentation, we were only sent photos—not the legally required receipts. We tried calling twice about the deposit and never... received a response. Yet, after leaving an honest review, the leasing manager immediately called only to shout, accuse us of lying, and hang up, then followed with a hostile email.
We are actively trying to work with higher-ups regarding this stressful dispute.The unprofessional handling of security deposits and retaliatory behavior from management completely overshadowed the experience

Move-out charges are always based on the condition of the apartment at departure and are applied in line with the lease agreement. We’re happy to review them with you further if needed.
