Maintenance The whole maintenance team is outstanding! I didn't have the main issue but they asked me questions to help them figure out what was going on with the upstairs neighbor since her young son had no idea.

Love living here but they keep increasing my rent every year and it will become unaffordable. Love living here and this review is for the rental company FPI management. Great amenities, exceptional maintenance, lovely grounds but again they keep increasing my rent each year which will eventually make it unaffordable to stay. Hoping to find a place in the future where rent is not increased every year (it exists, I have plenty of people I know whose landlords don’t squeeze more and more money... out of them) so I can have a place to call home rather than one I’ll be forced to leave.

A special thank you to the team overseeing The Landing since I’ve been living here the past 3 years.
