Terrible Management
If I could give these condos and its previous and current management companies 0 stars, I would. Do not let the great location woo you into this trap. On-site manager Sonia is dismissive and never follows through with any aspect of promises. Online portal is a joke. Payments get held up in system and take days to post. Repairs and routine maintenance take an act of God to get completed. Sadly, the area is turning into a slum due to poor enforcement of policies. Moss Company does not follow... California state laws and will hold your security deposit hostage. I assume this is in hope the tenant cannot afford to take management company to court.

Luxury living at it's Finest
We love our home & neighborhood
Walking distance to entertainment dining & shopping. Our home is gorgeous inside and out. If you ever need to feel at home and truly enjoy where you live. Move to the Vines & the Vines II in Riverpark. Our management and maintenance are always outstanding and efficient.

Pro's: new construction, modern appliances. ample living space.
Cons: lack of street parking, no community pool, no community gym

Great for families
Great living areas, upgraded kitchens and bathrooms in a great quiet neighborhood near good schools and shopping area. The staff is friendly and helpful. Only downside is the bedrooms are a little small.
