Affordable Apartment
For a very low monthly rate of less than $1000 you can definitely save money for something better while living here. Just know that with a low rate comes a catch. The Casa Bien Apartments is located where you would assume is a safe neighborhood since it is next door to a senior citizen apartment complex and is right behind a Food4Less and Rite Aid. But you are actually in an unsafe area. There are monthly shootings that occur and that you can hear without a doubt. The Los Angeles Police... Department has put road blocks multiple times for your safety and theirs, so keep in mind that if that were to happen around this area, there is absolutely no way of getting into the apartment complex with your vehicle. Furthermore, these apartments DO NOT have a fitness center(nearest indoor gym is about 10 miles away), pool, and bbq pits/area. Aside from the negative aspects, the positives include one parking stall per bedroom, free water and gas, air conditioning in every unit, and like I said from the beginning, low monthly rates.
