Andria & Ruth both are quick to respond and work on anything we’ve had an issue with. Very professional and organized. Devin the maintenance tech is quick to fix anything we have a problem with and has a friendly demeanor. We enjoy living here and plan on staying here for a long time. Thank you!

I've been here over 4 years and have had no issues. I love the lcotion most - so convenient. Nice apt,. Maintenance fast to fix anything I've needed fixed. I plan on staying here for a long time - Have not had any reason to move. It's very quiet and they have security allnight.

I lived at The Modern Cactus
Apartments for 10 years and I loved it.
The mountain views are stunning, and the management staff are very friendly and helpful. I am a single woman and always felt safe at home.
The apartments are walking distance to downtown palm springs, and public transportation is available at the front of the building. This is a great place to live! You will not be disappointed !

Advertises "Community Wide WiFi" (NOPE) Parking (NOPE) ... They will however raise the rent on you... GUESS WHOS NOT STAYING LONG?? THIS GUY!!

THE PICTURES ARE SO DOCTORED THEY WENT TO MEDICAL SCHOOL TO CREATE THEM!
ITS A DUMP AND THE MANAGEMENT HAS ZERO CARE IN THE WORLD
