Because at Modern Cactus they have these two young people named Malik and Daysy that were easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable being around them. After Daysy showed the apartment we knew that was the spot for me so we did paperwork for that particular unit and after paper work was done the next thing that came out of Malik's mouth was welcome home...So that made me say to myself, you are right home sweet home. I came to tour the apartment, and from the moment I arrived, Malik made me feel right at home. He was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. Well maintained & great customer service
Andria & Ruth both are quick to respond and work on anything we’ve had an issue with. Very professional and organized. Devin the maintenance tech is quick to fix anything we have a problem with and has a friendly demeanor. We enjoy living here and plan on staying here for a long time. Thank you!
