Alta Riviera Apartments

Choosing Alto Riviera Apartments was an easy matter when we first toured...it's got a lot going for it. Centrally located between Mountain View and Palo Alto, so it increases convenience but also lowers rental cost. While there's a little train noise and street noise, for the most part it's very peaceful, especially since the courtyard is almost entirely enclosed. And it's a pretty courtyard, at that...well-maintained, nice gardening and trees, and a good pool. Landlord is a great guy,... maintenance is speedy, and units are all undergoing renovations at the current time (between rental periods).

Only a few cons...many lights around the building don't leave the rooms very dark at night. Also, movement on upper floors can be creaky if those tenants aren't considerate. Read More
