Palo Alto place used to be a great place to live. It's clean, nice yard, kitchen and balcony. I don't care for the communication style of the current management team.

Palo Alto Place Apartment is located near Stanford. It's very closed to Walmart and Safeway. Staffs are very kind and there are good maintenance. I recommend you live in here.

Palo Alto Place is a top-notch community! Apartments are spacious and updated with ensuite laundry. The staff is exceptional and prompt with all requests. The amenities are great including fitness area, pool and courtyard with BBQ. All of this, plus pets are welcome too!

Pleasant Place to Live

I moved here about a year and half ago and so far it's been great. The maintenance keeps it clean, tidy, and welcoming. The community is small so there is never a wait at the gym/workout (treadmill, stationary bike, elliptical, free weights, and weight machine). The pool is always 80 degrees and there is plenty of seating/lounging surrounding the pool. As far as the back BBQ area (totally separate from the pool area), it's a really nice place if you feel like eating outside or just to hangout.… Again, plenty of seating (with umbrellas) for the warmer days. Also, you can reserve the BBQ and pool area for a private party.

The only issue I had here was that not soon after I moved in, the retrofitting of the building began, but I knew that going in. My point being is that the walls are not as thick as I thought so you can hear noise from the hallway and neighbors both above and next to you.
