Have lived here for a year and not had any problems due to the apartments. I have lived in an apartment previously and had my car stolen twice. I was hesitant to move into a different apartment community. After hearing & seeing good reviews about this complex, I am happy to also agree with the great reviews. The grounds are nicely landscaped, the staff in the office are always cheerful, and the insides of the apartments exceeded my expectations. This complex is very spacious and quiet. There's many landmarks that are within walking distance such as the grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants and Bart. However, the property manager is a tough individual to get through. As long as you don't need to reach out for help, you will live peacefully. In addition, rent increased by $250 in two months and it was very hard to swallow, but the location is very convenient for my daily life and the rate now weighs in equally with other local apartments,... if you want to live decent. Maybe I was spoiled and lucky that I've been a resident for 7 years so the increase was shocking. However, if there is only a lumpsum of rent increase every 7 years, I can handle that. Overall, this complex is reasonable and up to date so if you are looking for a spacious apartment with many amenities such as a huge pool, a clean gym and an awesome movie theatre, this is the place for you. We found a nice unit with lots of natural light. It's pretty affordable and has lots of amenities. We love our new home!
