You are just minutes away from the freeway. This complex has it's own neighborhood watch where personnel from the local Police department is a part of the monthly meetings. The staffing from the Facilities Manager to the maintenance personnel are always professional and quick to solve any issues that may arise. The complex is… kept very clean and they are doing their part in being a part of a recycling program. Peppertree Apartments are equipped with a full service gym, laundry facilities, pool and a Jacuzzi for relaxation. They distribute monthly newsletters to keep tenants aware of the happenings within the apartment complex, promotion offered and dates of tenant appreciation parties,(yes!), or luncheons. They are more than just your typical mangers or agents they get to know you. So if you're looking for somewhere to call home Peppertree Apartments may just be the place for you. This location is not far from my work. It's a gated community and has a gym, pool, as well as a small children's park. Everyone who lives here is quite respectful. It's our very own small community. Maintenance is great, whenever you need something in your apartment to be fixed, just report to the front office, place a work order and they'll get to it asap. This has to be one of the most clean, peaceful, and friendly apartments I've ever rented. I just wish my lease wasn't ending so soon. Then… the price goes up and it's going to be really tough looking for another apartment as great as this one. I really love living here. Thank you for the opportunity for a life changing experience.
