Mosaic Apartments

I lived there for 3 years and miss it so much but had to move for work. Charlene and Maureen were awesome and always helpful. Had a beautiful view, my things always worked and when maintenance was needed they were there quickly and fixed things fast. If bugs showed up they were quickly removed and destroyed. I loved being there and got over $500 back from my security deposit when I moved when I was sure I would get nothing back. I miss being there.

I have been living at Mosaic Apartment for 3 1/2 years now. They have upgraded and consistently made improvement every year since I've been here. They have painted all the building complexes, repaved the driving area, reinforced the car over path, and upgraded the kitchen. The two bed rooms are the largest I have seen in this area. They have a wash/dryer hook-up in which most apartments do not have. All the amenities you expect in an apartment and more. The staff is friendly and responsive. ... In the beginning I use to like living here I was paying $795.00 a month to start. All was calm during my 10 years and know the new owners came Trinity inc. and they started to fix the property Renovating as such.
This year is marks 10 years that I have been living here they Raised my rent from $920 a month to $1,200 a month Utilities comes close to $1,300 a month It's not fair.
Now they are allowing dogs and Cats and the Garbage situation is getting worse. I see homeless people come pick... at the garbage for empty bottle and plastic cans and once I saw a man urinating in the parking lot.
I'm one Income and they don't care they said rents are going up cause people from San Francisco are moving to our area and are willing to pay this rent so that is why rent has increased over the years. I wish I can buy a house but I can't cause (A) My credit is no good anymore and (B) I'm low income.
Customer Service is no good either If I'm going to pay $1,300 a month I rather rent a house or live in a much better apartment in San Marcos Area here in Pittsburg California..
If you can please help me out of the situation and If I win the Free For Rent for Life I rather Move a Luxury Apartments in San Marcos.... Read More

The apartments are nice, the place is quiet, and the maintenance crew is great. However, parking is a nightmare, and the office staff are not very good. They never answer their phone, and they don't call back if you leave a message. You have to send an email or go in person to get anywhere with them.

I've never rented an apartment before. This is the first time I've actually lived alone & it's so nice & peaceful.
The sound of the wind in the trees, the birds always chirping. I even have a hummingbird that visits daily.
The staff here are amazing too!
