Do not recommend
I recently viewed a one bedroom, and amenities don’t match.
No dishwasher in unit, pool was poorly maintained, and washing machines looked like they were all out of service. Gym room was also non existent.

Not recommended
The apartments are kept at a very low standard. Owner/landlords will not spend any money fixing or updating the apartments; floors, windows, appliances. Rent goes up every 12 months, while the tenants watch their apartment fall apart.
