KC was very friendly and enthusiastic about helping my partner and me find an apartment within the community. She was easy to get hold of, by email or phone. Rarely did we have to follow up with another team member. The leasing process was quick and easy. KC answered every question and acknowledged every concern we've had. When we moved in, we found some small issues for which we submitted a maintenance request. Maintenance was able to come in within 24 hrs or the very next day. Very clean, great neighbors, very quick maintenance response, and maybe most importantly....we will safe in the community. For example, deliveries are respected and are left untouched at the owner's door.

Since moving to Avana Stoneridge- I have found it is an amazing place to live! The leasing staff are super friendly and understand your problems. The pool area is a great place to hang out. Love the access to the Iron Horse Trail!!

Front office team is super professional and helpful. Toured 1 bed and 2 bed options and KC answered all of my questions. I can’t wait to move in next week!
