Peaceful place

I recently moved here and I'm loving it so far! It's super quiet and peaceful. The grounds are always clean and look great. They have two pools that are really nice and clean too. The place feels very secure, and it's awesome being just a 5-minute walk from downtown Pleasanton.

I'm renting a one-bedroom and it's actually pretty roomy. When I had a maintenance issue, they showed up the next day and fixed it right away. The leasing office people are super friendly and made moving in a breeze - no… stress at all.

It's definitely family-friendly here and I can't stress enough how safe it feels. Whether you're on your own or have a family, you'll probably dig this place as much as I do!

A wonderful place

I just moved here and I just want to say The apartment is beautiful and so spacious , Karen and Miranda are such kind hearted people , The area is So nice it’s a great community Especially for Families.

Stay away

Firstly, maintenance work often begins very early in the morning, which can be disruptive. For example, lawn maintenance frequently involves blowing dirt and leaves, which tend to end up on neighboring patios rather than being cleaned up properly. Additionally, I have noticed that issues requiring maintenance often take longer to resolve, as they rely on third-party services.

While the staff is friendly, I feel that follow-up on concerns is lacking. Furthermore, despite the property being… designated as non-smoking, I have occasionally detected the smell of cigarettes, and it seems that communication around this issue has not led to any effective action.

Lastly, the noise from the pool area, particularly during the summer months, can be quite loud, especially with children playing.

After three years, we decided to move, and it was the best decision for us. I would recommend potential residents to consider other options, such as those in the Livermore area, as I believe they may offer better value for the price.
