My kids and I just moved in and we love it here already. I relocated from out of town and I know how much rent has gone up in Sacramento. This place is affordable and I love how we have every amenity here that we need. I been in the gym , my kids played at the playground and I love that the mailboxes are locked up and safe. I would give this place a 9.5/10.

My experience is very good and very welcoming. Janessa has been doing a very good job making sure I am welcomed and comfortable. The neighbors around me are very nice super friendly the unit is very beautiful and everything works great

Overall it’s going well. Very fresh just last the few weeks we have lived here, move in was effortless. Staff was very kind and helpful in the process. From the application process to picking up the keys.

Comfortable and relaxing close to everything. I feel safe in the neighborhood. More quiet and people are friendly. I am hoping to get a dog though so I can have a companion.
