Since moved in, we have met a lot of friendly neighbors! Haven’t met any that we didn’t like. Nice and quiet area, always up kept. Maintenance guy Wyatt is awesome, always taking care of our needs.

I love my community. The only complain I have is my next neighbor. I know he had a different management. His front yard is a lot of junks. It doesn't matter if I clean my yard, he always put junks in his front yard.

My experience at ReNew has been a world of difference compared to anywhere else I’ve rented from, Sacramento to the Bay Area. From first stepping foot into the rental office and meeting Sam, to him showing the best unit available (our new home) and the entire application process. Everything was made easy, very clear and prompt. The resident portal makes maintenance requests a breeze and Wyatt, our maintenance manager, is extremely fast and knows how to handle everything personally or gets the... ball rolling for what he can’t do as soon as he can. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new home to consider ReNew!
