Rockingham Apartments

I never in my life will step foot back into these apartments, the only plus side is rent is cheap which is the reason I moved into them as I was in a tough situation with little disposable income.

It was almost a daily battle to try keep the cock roaches out and I mean try because it they never stayed out.

The apartments are small but you get what you pay for in that aspect. There are onsite laundry rooms also but they too have cock roaches and little kids that play with you laundry as soon... as your back is turned. The other tenants that live there don't have to common decency to let you know your laundry is done so you can take it out, instead they help them selves to you laundry and leave it where ever is easiest for them. Which usually means the floor or dirty top of another machine.

One other kind of plus side is there's a pool, but it is only decent the first day after it is cleaned as it soon turns into a green soupy beer can filled mess from the other tenants that for some reason have not figured out to either use there shower or don't care and have loud pool parties late into the night.

I would not recommend these apartments unless all of the above tickled your fancy and in that case have at it. Read More
