Arte Misses
We have lived at the Arte apartments for almost 7 years. We have had a number of problems over the years including disgusting pet urine on my car, items left on the car or in the parking space, leaks in the garage, a dead persons blood on the mirror of the car, amongst other things like weed smoke filling the hallways, dog poop on the carpet in the hallway. When we moved into the apartment only half the building was built out so we knew things were going to be a little mess at that time, but... things got better and then worse. There are always parties by the pool including some with DJ’s and no courtesy of the time of day. Security has changed so many times too because they don’t do their part in keeping the community in line.
All items have been brought to the attention of the management team, which had changed numerous times over the years.
We stayed through this all for convenience (our kids attend the local elementary school). We should’ve left a long time ago, but we did not and that is our own fault.

While some of the concerns mentioned reflect isolated incidents that occurred over several years, we understand how frustrating those experiences can be. Our team works diligently to address issues such as maintenance, cleanliness, and community standards as they arise, including resolving garage leaks, implementing programs to manage pet waste, and taking action when disruptions or policy violations are identified. We also continuously evaluate and update our security services to better serve our residents.
Regarding noise and shared spaces, we strive to balance an active community atmosphere with respect for all residents, and we address concerns with security and residents when needed. Situations involving external factors, such as trespassing or surrounding conditions, can be more challenging, but we always encourage residents to report incidents so appropriate steps can be taken.
