    Bad management!

    I really did not like living here! I stayed WAY too long. I have many reasons and will list only a few. Expect that every year your rent will increase by at least 5%. Expect that you will be paying for cleaning and painting fees when you move out and will not be receiving your security deposit in full even, if you patch up any minor holes and clean the place as much as it was when you moved in. Expect to wait every time you need a repair or fix in your unit. I had to get a replacement stove/… oven and had waited 3 weeks for a new one to be delivered and installed. Imagine not being able to cook in your place for that long. I waited even longer when I simply asked for a replacement light bulb. The access in and out of this place is terrible, expect many stairs and not being able to get furniture around the hallways and corridors. I could probably continue but I will leave it at that as a fair warning moving here.
