The Windsor House

I really did not like living here! I stayed WAY too long. I have many reasons and will list only a few. Expect that every year your rent will increase by at least 5%. Expect that you will be paying for cleaning and painting fees when you move out and will not be receiving your security deposit in full even, if you patch up any minor holes and clean the place as much as it was when you moved in. Expect to wait every time you need a repair or fix in your unit. I had to get a replacement stove/... oven and had waited 3 weeks for a new one to be delivered and installed. Imagine not being able to cook in your place for that long. I waited even longer when I simply asked for a replacement light bulb. The access in and out of this place is terrible, expect many stairs and not being able to get furniture around the hallways and corridors. The apartment that I live in with my parents ever since I went to high school has been one of the best places to live in. The Windsor House apartments are near everything, including shops and my previous high school. The overall neighborhood is safe and very pleasant to live in. Even after 5 years and attending college, I still love coming back to my apartment during the summer!

This apartment is located in the heart of Palos Verdes. This gives my children access to PV’s award winning school district, libraries and Little League Programs. The building is in walking distance to the metro, hiking trails, shopping centers and beautiful landscapes. It has a serene courtyard with a pool, exercising gym, laundry facility and gated security. This location is minutes away from the beach and is truly a place of peace.

This lovely European style apartment building makes you feel like your living in a swiss village. The neighbors are friendly and having get togethers every few months keeps us a close.it is a quiet building which is rare. So this is a wonderful place to live.
