Sutter Street Apartments (08/24)

Sutter Apartments has a great community. The neighborhood is tranquil & safe while having kind and calm neighbors. If you are looking for a comfortable, clean, and safe place to live, I recommend living here! The apartment is spacious with beautiful flooring and countertops. Also, the view of Lassen Mountain is pretty surreal. All in all, this is great place to live!!!

My boyfriend and I really enjoy living here.
It’s convenient for me because it has Walmart, Ross and a lot of other stores around I like to go to on a regular basis and there only just about 5 minutes away.
I like that there’s a quick access to the freeway both north and south and it’s not really noisy.
Everything in these apartments is new and well maintained, the workers keep it clean on a daily basis. Not to mention, the managers are very kind and respectful as well.

Right off I-5 easy access incase you commute like me. Hardware floors, everything in building is like new. Great neighbors and great environment all around. Pet relief area. Close to Starbucks and all the stores. Very safe i been here one year and no issues for me or my daughter. I highly recommend it.

These apartments are affordable and modern style like I like! The owner and managers always make sure everything is kept up and clean. There is surveillance so if anything is going on on the property, it will be caught. You also need a code to enter the apartments so you feel safe, along with the ring door bell at the entrance that notifies the managers who comes in and out. Since the apartment doors are inside, my husband and I rarely have to use the heater so that means a lower PG&E bill!... The location is great. Is close to a couple of food markets, and Starbucks. The manager Ramon is a very nice guy. Always keeping the property clean and very attentive to anything we need. My husband and I feel very comfortable here. And is pet friendly! Which is a plus for us. Always keeping in mind to do our part to keep the place clean.
