do not rent ever,
In my time living here for more than 10 years, the managing staff has been neglectful, rude and frankly just lazy. Recently
they decided to repave the parking area we were giving not even a full day notice, and then told our option are leave stay but don't leave you apartment for any reason or risk getting arrested for being in an active work site. I would give them a negative star review if possible.

Wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy
I can not overstate how incredibly rude and unprofessional the office staff is, and I've never heard of anybody getting their full security deposit back from this place. They seem to just keep whatever they feel like. There's far better options in Redding in a comparable price range, do NOT live here. My neighbors literally congratulated me when they saw that I was moving out.

Do Not Rent Here!
My son lived here for more than a year. Not only was the apartment in poor condition when he moved in, but numerous maintenance request were ignored. These places are old and run down so there are always things breaking. There is never anyone in the office and they never return messages. If you do make the mistake of renting from them, make sure you understand that they are keeping your deposit no matter what you do. If if you return the apartment in much better condition than you received it,... they will make up reasons to keep your deposit.
You can't find a worse apartment complex to live in.

Bad managment, sketchy area
New managment is MIA all the time, no way to get call backs and voicemailbox is almost always full. Crime is so bad that police stopped comming to crime reports as it's the managers job to handle and remove tenants that are a danger or disturbance to others, yet many people have complained and managment has not responded to dealing with any of this. Drug deals seem to happen often in the near by laundry room and recently crime has gone up in the area with an absence of grounds keepers and... managment. I can't even find information to contact the company to complain about how run down the place is becoming.
