The kitchenette includes a full-size refrigerator, new induction stove, new air fryer, and essential cookware and kitchenware. The house is equipped with a whole house water filtration system, so you do not need to purchase drinking water unless you prefer to.

Conveniently located near Redondo Beach civic center, easy walking distance to Redondo and Hermosa piers, coffee shops, shopping, restaurants, library, bus stops, and beaches. Easy street parking.

I am looking for an individual with a simple situation – ONE courteous, neat person who is quiet at home or on the go, one who appreciates returning to a peaceful space in a wonderful neighborhood after a busy day. She/he will kick off the shoes at home and treat the space as her/his home, not a rental. Onsite laundry is available for limited use as we are always in a draught and shared utilities are included in the rent - i. e. medium to large loads only, average 1 load per week.
