"This is a great little apartment community super close to the beach! The property is well maintained and always clean, and includes app operated laundry appliances (no need for quarters!), a free gym space, and a great hot tub and pool (gated, to keep those kiddos safe). The neighbors are all really friendly, and the on-site manager does a fantastic job of community building. We've done community Easter egg hunts, Halloween pumpkin carving parties, and a holiday mixer, as well as occasional happy hours. She's also very responsive if you ever need help with your unit, like coordinating plumbers, etc."

"Fantastic apartment complex! Clean, quiet environment that is very well managed. If you need anything fixed, management is quick to respond and tend to your needs. It truly feels like your own little community. Friendly faces and good neighbors are all you will find here! They even celebrate with little community/complex events (I.e. pumpkin carving contest around Halloween time, etc.). Truly a great place to live. You're even a short 5 minute drive to some of the most beautiful and iconic Southern California beaches!"
