Citizen management is nonexistent and does not respond!! First of all, when we first moved in, they failed to tell us that there will be a huge renovation and that they would be working on it for a month. The noise was unbearable and they stated that there was a paper posted on the door regarding the construction (not true). We requested to be transferred to a different property. It was going well until there was a discrepancy with their refund. They did not provide any receipts and they... replied saying that they actually gave me more than the right amount but not to worry because they already provided a check. Based on the amount of what they stated and my calculations, it was definitely short! They provided me a number to call (which did not work). I e-mailed multiple times with no replies. I also put in maintenance requests on their website due to our room heater and some outlets not working. It’s been weeks and still no reply.
