Do not rent here

Lots of mold issues and all fixtures are cheap and decaying. Garages are filthy and falling apart with pipes bursting constantly. Don’t give them a dime. Rent elsewhere.

Very, very poor management. Stay away!

Not sue what happened to this place, but it is very poorly run. The ownership is either way in over their heads, or they simply do not care. Not sure which? Perhaps both. They won't respond to even the most basic of correspondence. Good luck getting anything repaired too. You will be waiting for months, if they ever do show up. Do yourself a big favor, and stay away!

(If I could give them less than a 1-star, I certainly would.)

Do not rent here!!

Citizen management is nonexistent and does not respond!! First of all, when we first moved in, they failed to tell us that there will be a huge renovation and that they would be working on it for a month. The noise was unbearable and they stated that there was a paper posted on the door regarding the construction (not true). We requested to be transferred to a different property. It was going well until there was a discrepancy with their refund. They did not provide any receipts and they… replied saying that they actually gave me more than the right amount but not to worry because they already provided a check. Based on the amount of what they stated and my calculations, it was definitely short! They provided me a number to call (which did not work). I e-mailed multiple times with no replies. I also put in maintenance requests on their website due to our room heater and some outlets not working. It’s been weeks and still no reply. There are so much more complaints but this post would be too long. Please do no rent through them!!
